Gerald and Laurie Woytiuk and their son Jody exhibited their Simmental line at the 2002 Agribition in Regina. This was the third year that they have been exhibiting.

On the left you see Laurie and Gerald (Gerald likes to carry a pitchfork around so he has something to lean on while he chats with everyone who drops by) in front of their "booth". On the right is Gerald (at the back) and Jody and Laurie leading the animals in to the stadium show ring.

On the left below you see the animals bedded down, and the lower picture is of Jody and Benchmark 150 M during the auction. It was exciting to watch the flurry of bidding as breeders vied for top bid. Cross Road Benchmark was purchased (full possession and half semen interest) for $53,000 by a syndicate: Lewis Farms, AB; McMillen Ranching Ltd., SK; Porter Ranches, AB; Ashworth Farm & Ranch, SK; and Kimlake Farms Ltd., AB.
